Ordering
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Most products start from 50–100 pieces. Custom plushies typically require a minimum of 300 pieces. Door gifts and simple items may have lower MOQs. Contact us and we'll advise based on your specific product interest.
How do I place an order?
Use the Request a Quote form on any product page, or WhatsApp us directly at +65 9685 1645. Share your product preference, quantity, timeline and branding requirements. We'll respond within 1 business day.
Can I mix different products in one order?
Yes. Many clients combine multiple product types into a single gift set or campaign. We can manage multi-product orders with unified branding and delivery.
Production
How long does production take?
Most standard products take 10–14 working days after artwork approval. Custom plushies and complex items may take 21–30 days. Express production is available for an additional fee.
Can I see a sample before bulk production?
Yes. Pre-production samples are available for most products. A nominal sample charge applies, which is typically offset against your final order amount.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF with outlined fonts) are preferred. High-resolution PNG or JPG at 300dpi+ are accepted. If you don't have print-ready files, our design team can help for a small fee.
Branding
How many colours can I print?
This depends on the branding technique. Silkscreen printing is optimised for 1–4 spot colours. Digital/UV printing supports full-colour artwork. Laser engraving is single-tone.
Can you match my exact brand colours?
Yes. Please provide Pantone (PMS) colour references or CMYK values. We use industry-standard colour matching to ensure consistency across your branded items.
Delivery
Do you deliver to Malaysia and Vietnam?
Yes. We have regional fulfilment capabilities for Malaysia and Vietnam. Delivery timelines and charges vary by destination. Contact us for a regional delivery quote.
Can you deliver directly to an event venue?
Yes. We regularly deliver directly to event venues, conference halls, hotels and corporate offices. Coordination with your event planner can be arranged.
Payment
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 50% deposit upon order confirmation and 50% balance before delivery. Payment via bank transfer (FAST/PAYNOW) or cheque. GST applies for Singapore orders.
Do you provide invoices for corporate purchases?
Yes. All orders include an official quotation and tax invoice. We are GST-registered in Singapore.
